Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. I understand that life happens, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 30% of the service total.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may be required to pay a deposit when booking in the future.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show, depending on the service booked.
